SEO- 9 Easy Steps to the Top

Search Engine Optimization companies are making a fortune by doing the menial work that is overlooked by many website designers.  By learning the tricks of the trade with your website prior to getting it made you will have saved yourself a fortune on  SEO in the future.

Remember, the internet is changing every day.  The movement is with  the webcrawlers that read the pages of the website for the Keywords and phrases.

There are 9 main points you should focus on:

• Keywords
• URL Text
• Description, Meta tags
• Title tags
• Image Names
• ALT tags
• Heading tags
• Content
• Hyperlinks

The focus of these 8 steps is to load your pages with as many "keywords" as possible.

Remember what I have said Content is KING.

Keywords
Keywords are the most important aspect of good SEO, this is where you tell the Search Engines what your site is about. Search Engines use an algorithm to determine the "Keyword Density" of your site, this formula is:

Total Words ÷ Keywords= Keyword Density  See if you can work prior to creating your website some of the language and keywords for your industry. It could be as easy as downloading the Alexa Toolbar to your computer and checking out the other websites of your competitors then by pressing into the Alexa site you will see the keywords that are coming up for their websites that are making the difference.  Look at the Google search percentage?  Yes, the key is the plan and when your website content management system can be updated you can be in control however many people think they can not learn this new technology easily.

Use this formula on your competitors web site and see how they score, then aim to beat that score.

Choose keywords that best relate to the information, products or services that you are offering. For instance, if I am designing a site about "Web Design", I want my site to include the words "Web Design" as many times as possible.  Remember this is your branding, the branding is the slogan, the keywords you are wanting to mark to your company and image.

However, most people don't just search for just one word, they type phrases for the search engines to pick up, so you should consider the phrases that best suit your sites target market.  Another way around this is to not separate my keywords with commas, just use spaces, and the Search Engines will make the phrases for you.  Remember the search engines are moved by the Social networking that is connecting to names.  If you have employees give them a page with a name, a face, a bit about them is away to pick up on these social networking sites.  These are a way to have many sites linking in to your website.  Many sales people find this very important for the leads will come when the website is ranking high enough you are then going to be noticed.

The most important thing to remember is that the content of each page is different, so only use keywords pertaining to that page.  The Website Crawlers pick out the keywords which are words that are searched for.  This is not your way of searching, it's how your leads will be 

coming into your website.

Check out your images, think about the names you are going to utilise for the website as this is what the webcrawlers see and connect into for the search engines to be the most effective for you.

I can give you the information, I can do this for you depending on your product.  It doesn't matter that we are in Australia.  Alex Petrovic has ranked number 1 in the World for Sales over his life time.

That's the limits we have, the challenges if you have been working through the information day after day has been time consuming for you.

Like me, the website Sparkling Chandeliers is based on history behind the scenes of Kings Cross.  The information has been put through novels.  It's not that it's hard, it's like a project that I work on every day for a couple of hours.

Day 9 Website Promoting

Check out where your website is listing within the Alexa Toolbar.  I found that by adding this Toolbar I too can look up the top search results of websites in similar businesses.  The competition is marked by me within the website.

You have to see how your competitor's are moving the website within the Crawlers.  Look at the content even the keywords as these are the keywords you are needing to have on your website.

You could have a terrific website however if the keywords are not being picked up then you have to try other keywords.

Images are not seen by the webcrawlers today.  It's the SEO on the image is seen, and the description however the website needs to have the content that the website crawlers are seeing.

Linking your site, to your blog, your Author's page on Amazon are two ways for the interlinking.
Website Crawlers see the websites that want to link to your website, this is running website through many of the Search engines as you can find.  Many of the Web designers don't do this.  This is also a good way to have the content of your website backed up on a blog that you are linking into for the day when the website comes down just by accident you will have a copy.

Day 8 Website Promoting

Your Website, you will be moving through the Facebook pages that I have given you links for and putting a face to your business with your news feeds.

I have noticed that the Online Newspapers if you are working on this idea can be submitted through some of the directories for Newspapers.  The content being updated on a daily basis is a way that you will start to have a targeted audience about your work.

You will be able to make some You Tubes, upload them, send these through your facebook links as a way to get noticed.

Your content will be growing.  Now if you have a product to see you will be able to move through the Free Classifieds to put some advertisement's up about these.

I utilise Gumtree, Ebay for links on products and these have worked in the past.

A week of blogging about your business.  You will be like me now, thinking that you could put a Ebook together about your information?

Some people have found that a Ebook with the content of their information about their product if you have the copyright is a good way to get noticed.

Some say that the Ebook only has to be a few pages.  Amazon.com is the way I have found as it allows you to have an Author's page.  This is a great marketing concept and many people don't really utilise this to the full potential.

You could write about how you have made it within the world of the success, thou for me the tale has been tragic, to move forward has been hard, it's the Novel The Kings Cross Sting.  I work on the subconscious mind how to break down the barriers that hold you back.

I set a goal for myself, I am working on putting the final legs together over the coming weeks.  This I know will make the front page of the newspaper.  The Information will be so daunting for the public that they will wonder how I kept focused.

Researching is so important for your business, from the advertising to marketing.  Many people will hire a Marketing team to do this Act and Grow Rich is one team with Sales, Internet skills, Website designs and the knowledge that your goal is our goal.

I utilise Window's Media Player where I upload You Tubes.  You could put some of your images together even some of the Hook lines with some music.  You Tubes can be a great marketing arm for your business.  Even if you utilise it with some fun.

Fun is a reason why we are all here today, where there is a business that you have passion about, fun will be near.  It is just the way.  Act and Grow Rich, It's not that Hard, the hardest part is to start....

Day 6 Website Promoting

Today, is day 6, your back links which I will go into at a later date.  

However you can google free back links to your website, Search engines directories.  These will help push your website into getting traffic through the internet.

Key words, are your top lines for the pages.  This is why I love to utilise many types of key words at this place.  However for many websites people will put the normal, About Us, Contents, Contact us, etc.  You could be a Hotel, your first line could be within a Content Management System your Address or your suburb for example.  Sparkling Chandeliers   Kings Cross will show that the Hotel Sparkling Chandeliers is at Kings Cross.

Now, we are working on making it a habit to put the daily blogs up.  Sometimes, I work on the information for Entrepreneurs and feel that this information could be sent out to the people that are wanting to improve themselves.

Alex and I are keeping no secrets from the wider community as the truth will always come out.

Marketing and Advertising is one of the most expensive items that for many businesses the dollars out have to match the dollars in for the marketing.

To submit your website to the website crawlers now by the directory submissions you have been making in the last couple of days you will be able to put a bit of perspective on your process.

I utilise the Alexa Toolbar, download it.  Hook up your site to this toolbar as being registered on Alexa is actually pushing your search engine ranking higher.

This I have noticed within weeks can make your website travel.

Facebook is a social media for many business's however their are other type of social media links that are available around the world.

Are we getting up in the morning with a new hooked line?

Sometimes I awake in the night with a new phrase it's just that simple keep the pen and paper beside your bed.  Ask yourself the last question of the night that you so much need to work upon?

Start your own Newspaper, I have found this is a wonderful tool as your blog will be able to be diverse, even if you have a blog for your website too.  Juanita Nielsen was a Newspaper reporter that went missing 4 July 1975 in Kings Cross.

Then in the morning the answer is normally the first thought.

Pretty easy when your utilising your subconscious mind to work for us.

I love the subconscious mind, because this is the part where we can push ourselves to the limit knowing that we are on the right track.

DAY 3 Website Promotion

We started by beginning a habit, blogs, and facebooks that regularly feed through groups start to build a daily habit of posting to telling people about your website and content.

Remember the person who is buying your end product normally needs 7 hits of interest in your product over the internet.  The feeding down facebook groups is so important as these are all links.

You can google my name Jennifer Stone, or The Kings Cross Sting as the novel I write to show how I have left links around the internet.  Some say is the novel real.  Well, you have to read it and then you like many others will be wondering about our justice system today.

If you can automate your process of feeding down the Facebook pages with say a couple of different feeds, the LinkedIn is a good one for the business as the more serious with business are utilising this.  You can join me Jennifer Stone on LinkedIn.  

Put up your blog, I utilise Gmail with the blogger attached.  I have found this the easiest.  However I have tried Squidoo and others, it's great to leave a few links around.

Have you worked out that your website could have marketing done by others under affilate plans.  Then you will put this information out to your audience as there are a load of internet marketers that work just on the internet everyday.  Many of these people have You tube channels, websites, blogs that they are pushing daily through just the same type of feeds as you will be doing as we go along.

The plan is build a constant group of postings, at different times.

Facebook Wednesday afternoon is a great time that people are on the internet looking at facebook.  It is the time where you will find the most sales it doesn't matter what you sell it is the day where people look.

DAY TWO Website Promotion Facebook links

When your website has Team building area's this is a great market to get into the MLM, or other affiliate marketing where your customer is another internet user for spreading the word about your business.

When your business is totally an online business or has the ability to be subdivided and promoted through many of the affilate programs for example like Click Bank than we have a system that can work for the day.

Today, day two is to plan for the contacts, your website will need to be submitted to the directory submissions for the backlinks.  I found that this can occurr over numerous days.  

This is happening in the back ground of your computer, whilst on the face you are gradually building up areas where you could promote your website through.

Remember the internet can gain the most viewers, however if your directories are not set up for the back links your efforts don't do much as people don't know who you are.

I have found some of these groups on facebook good to feed a website down, you will have a funny image sometimes that you will have 

OK, so yesterday we set up a plan for you to contact those people that you know and tell them about our F*R*E*E Team build - using your Website link

TODAY is going to be a simple step on from yesterday's process - but we are going to gradually build this up over the course of 5 days. In this way - YOU are 
going to create what I call "Critical Mass", meaning you will have so much information out there - that people will not be able to avoid you :-)

I'm going to give you 50 groups to post in regularly - this is the absolute minimum - please feel free to post in more.
For guidance, I regularly post into 100+ groups manually - because it works :-)

You will need a catch phrase, this can change I utilise several over the advertising and wide spread.  You can utilise a few different ways.  Some of you your friends will have a hooked line you can utilise.

Create a few lines just 5-6 sometimes it could be just a statement.  Get the people to notice your ad, remember it may not be your content you just have to try your keywords, Power words like NOW, I, YOU, Magnificent,   

Try to post on a regular habit, start a blog and register this through the search engines as you will be working on this process in the background.
