For many people every day when they go to work, they are wishing they are an entrepreneur. Anyone starting up a new business venture has taken one step extra, they have acted.

The boss excited, company growth, glad the last guy left now. New perseption of me too. I wasn't this young rooky anymore I had done something that seemed unbelievable. Well the next month I doubled my own record, thou I knew the marketing could be a little more refined. I had some ideas that I thought would push the record through the sky.

I wasn't a top gun, I had an ability. Marketing was my game. I was bright, energetic and pushing the boundaries which I enjoy doing today. Yet there are a few fundamentals I learnt and was implementing. The third month another record in sales, actually that record hasn't been beaten, it stayed month after month.

Smashing sales, it is not just about having a high standard for yourself. The real challenge comes when you set a target and can make it. Targets are important where we work towards. It is just not an idea it is where you want to get too. You may have a target in a week, month and then a year.

Have you looked back and seen that the last year have you set a target? Have you made it? Nearly 90% of people will set a target everyday only 1 % achieve and over achieves a target. There is a huge difference between whether you can smash sales and be a 1% in the business world.

I started with a slogan Smashing sales, that's what I did. I would smash my own sales constantly. I had bench marks for weekends, I knew the more I put in the more I would get out. How to know where and how to do it.

It is not just the body language, knowing when you have met someone that you would want to have them working or being a business partner. I have been looking for many years someone that would stand out beside me to bring the concepts to the wider community that I know works.

I needed someone that had been there and done that. Was willing to be apart of my dream, to teach people how to be a 1% elite salesman. Yet to become this elite salesman I have done numerous courses. Throwing out all the rubbish within each course to come up with the real secrets.

Then I was still looking for someone to help me. It was going to be someone after my own passion. The first thing I noticed I had spent years looking for a MAN partner. I noticed a woman that had passion and secrets of her own. What ever she touched turned to gold too. Yet it was a different system.

I was looking for someone to share the platform with teaching people to become entrepreneurs that would be noticed around the world. It was a theory packed course and when you implemented this course it had brought many people who would follow the strategies wealth.

I never told this woman I had noticed, she was similar age and keen to work where she had a passion. Thou her ways were so different to mine and how we gained results were different yet we were still up there in our results. I found that this woman was bright, I had some fun and after reading one of her books I decided that we could maybe join to be the Awesome Entrepreneurs for Act and Grow Rich.

An idea that this lady had to think about. Amazing, she had her own offers and successes to go into a partnership was something she never thought about. Keen to learn and to show people new ideas was one thing. Brainstorming was her mindset and her forte. Not just pushing the boundaries a trendsetter, out there some would say.

We could keep you guessing, yes she is another writer for Broowaha, Jennifer Stone. We joined up about 3 years ago to work on putting a program together how to teach and spur business and up and coming Entrepreneurs to be outstanding.

For both of us, work commitments were in the way. Jennifer writes Crimethrillers it was just a spur of the moment thing for her, however many books later she is nearly at the end of the Kings Cross Sting and we have been working on our books to put the finishing courses to our program.

Being an Entrepreneur? Set a goal?

I talk as thou to set the goal is easy, well to keep on the task of moving forward is the momentum that is needed to break the barrier that holds so many Entrepreneurs back.  

Being an Entrepreneur?  We had to set a goal ourselves that needed to move and be noticed?  We thought about this for a while, well it was over nights of working on different ideas??????

Entrepreneur, do you really want to be an entrepreneur or a millionaire. How to do the money dance to rake the money in by the truck load? Interested? Of course.

What it takes, to move the chains that have held you back. have you thought you were burdened with chains.

Well all I wanted in the beginning was the money. I wanted large amounts of money. I enjoy the lifestyle of the rich and famous yet how was I going to do that.

I had been unemployed for years. I was happy, living a beach bum existence. No one told me to get a job, earn some cash and your own lifestyle is then amazing. I sampled it, on a trial for a while. It wasn't for me, I was working for someone, it was the rules. It wasn't the job so much as the team spirit. The gym was a good hideout, and the people I enjoyed what I was doing.

I had chains, huge ones. I was in the comfort zone. Well some would say danger zone. I had worked, I would save a little than the beach bum would come out in me. Going to the beach, gym, and maybe a dinner out once in a while time was my own. I actually owned something it was TIME.

Hair was long, it was my image however no would give me a job like this. I wasn't the right type. Well a hair cut, a change of attitude as I decided not only did I need a job I wanted to be a millionaire. Why not? It was worth the lifestyle.

I was eager to learn. I walked out of the hairdresser with people thinking differently about me. I could see it how people were looking at me. It was changed. Amazing just a haircut the man was still the same. Well I had a girlfriend she was pushing for me to go out and earn some money. See ladies have wants, well I always worked for my needs that must be the difference between a man and a female.

We work to please the better half, well I had chains and huge ones. The breaker was the fact we really thought we would settle down. Not just a life, we both wanted a lifestyle of the rich and famous. Why not? Aim for the sky they say.

Well I felt halfway there, haircut a suit I picked up on the way home and the paper. I was looking for a job. I had word out on the street that I felt I could sell. Well I had been able to sell in the past. No one knew how good except for me.

I would watch people, how they made their millions for some on the internet others I would eventually work along side. Many sales teams I have been a part of. All within a couple of days a leader. It wasn't anything I was doing differently yet my language and body language I knew I could do it. I was confident. Well, I wasn't meant to go to the beach today I had to sell by the Mrs. Most people wouldn't think I had broken the chains. In fact I had started to enjoy the lifestyle myself. If I could sell and make a couple of hundred in a day, soon thousands in a week. I would be learning all the tricks along the way.

I was setting up my own rules well guidelines. I only work to guidelines. That was the problem, I was working on items that many people couldn't sell it was the marketing techniques. It was looking for the solution. If you have the solution you can be a millionaire.

Yet if you wanted to be a millionaire within a couple of months most people wouldn't believe it was possible. It was just the way I was extreme. If it had to be done, well I could do it. I knew I only had to find the solution.

Many people today have the chains that hold them back, lack of confidence yet if you don't have any guidelines then your lost.

I am putting the guidelines together, very simple. Anyone can follow, these steps to get achievements not just in wealth however in the richness in life you all deserve.

People are sometimes amazed at where I started from and where I have been in my life. I started the Act and Grow Riich Awesome entrepreneurs facebook

Have you ever set a goal and decided you can make it.

I was 29 years, or there abouts. I never had done much with my life up until that point. I was moving in the circle where most of us would never want to go.

Going to the gym daily, beach, and then not working I was living where most of you never ever wanted on the streets in Sydney.

I had met a girl, life changes they say well this part girls did change my life. I had to set a goal and get a job, being in love as they say.

I had long hair, muscles on muscles, people would look at me. I was scary, well I walked into the hairdresser saying cut it off. I need a job. I needed any job, however I needed a new image and a new bank account.

I thought a hair cut was what I needed, with a haircut my attitude changed only really because I wanted it to change.

I was trying to get a job, I knew I was good at sales so I thought I would put my best foot forward and go ask for a job. Any job was what I needed I was in a relationship. You now, the family man the love of my life was thinking and I was just waking up from the unemployment blues as I called it.

Well, I set door knocking within just a few knocks I had met a guy that said come work. That's the short form, I had some magic, I can move your sales from here to there lifting my hand. In reality I didn't know if I could however my attitude told me I could and I was telling him.

It wasn't long, the family man I was with bills, houses and working for myself. I had turned my life around by my attitude. I had found the haircut changed people's attitude to me, and I had changed my attitude to I can achieve anything.

With my Act and Grow Rich Awesome Entrepreneurs I am launching into the greatest phase of my life to teach people you too can go from the gutter to a millionaire. Well I have become not a top gun sales man in Australia, I have won many awards International it is just a few secrets yet for most people these secrets will earn them a truckload of money.

how to read body language signs and gestures - non-verbal communications - male and female, for work, social, dating, and mating relationships

Body Language - technically known as kinesics (pronounced 'kineesicks') - is a significant aspect of modern communications and relationships.

This is the being positive.  Where you are walking.  This is your own Earth Chakra you are vibrating to others.  If you are not confident than you are sending that message to others.

You are vibrating as you walk you may not notice however others notice it.

Practise your scripts with family and friends to gain confidence, others will be working within the subconscious mind, as we need to break down the subconscious mind barriers for our sales to happen.

Key words break down the barriers for our website to get in front of other people.  However it's not just getting them to look at the website it is the engaging that is also important today.

Body Language is therefore very relevant to management and leadership, and to all aspects of work and business where communications can be seen and physically observed among people.

Body language is also very relevant to relationships outside of work, for example in dating and mating, and in families and parenting.

Communication includes listening. In terms of observable body language, non-verbal (non-spoken) signals are being exchanged whether these signals are accompanied by spoken words or not.

Body language goes both ways:

• Your own body language reveals your feelings and meanings to others.
• Other people's body language reveals their feelings and meanings to you.

The sending and receiving of body language signals happens on conscious and unconscious levels.

Without being positive, Act and Grow Rich is much harder to create.  You are walking a line, a line that your goal has sent you upon.  When you question yourself too much actually can inhibit the goal from being reached.

Im just going to get down to basics.  Information that has served me well should be in the public arena.

The colour and design of your website is where it will get your return visitors.  It's not just a story, you are projecting yourself out in the website.

Clear and crisp works for the professional services,

Then we have the modern look where many businesses have aimed at in this niche market where the 20-35's are the ones with the  money.

It could take you a long time, however what works is what just turns up.  Don't spend thousands, as it is the content that is king within the websites.

The feedback, the way some of the website have online help desks where real people are their is a way that these websites get return traffic.

We all want something for nothing.

I will go into colours later on as this is a task where it will  depend whether your selling something or aiming just to be a service website.

Within many of the websites I have worked on, it's the content that makes the difference.  Images  tell so much, however the images don't help with the webcrawlers today.

Keywords are more hidden as it is within the content.  It's not just putting keywords and duplicating them on all your pages.  The keywords have to be utilised more and more within the content.

You have a website.  Lets look at what we can do to move your website up the rank.

Make your website have your current contacts for people to  find you.  This  is directory listings to be finalised.

Some people will have free area's for members where informaton is given out.  Not at Act and Grow Rich, we want you to succeed.  We have taken the time to learn these tips.  We have found them to be successful for us.

With a Website, there is a Facebook, LinkedIn,Twitter, Ibo Social, where you can either promote yourself with the business or as separate identies.  It is free marketing.  Some people will hire people to do this type of marketing.  

So you will need a Picture to grab peoples attention.

Headline, that's the Hook line that you have been working on for months.

A few lines of simple text and most importantly a link to your website.

If you utilise Skype at all put your details up with the new website. 

Send out the emails to your contacts with the introduction to your new website.

Send out the emails on your Social Media to put a new face for your company or like me my books.

Some people tell you to do this 7 times, however if I did it seven times to my email I wouldn't read it.  Thou at different times during the day and maybe every second day a feed down LinkedIn, on our own page join up Awesome Entrepreneurs on Facebook or send me through a link to feed through Act and Grow Rich Facebook.

The Kings Cross Sting and Act and Grow Rich

I thought I had a true friend, Alex Petrovic and myself were working on bringing to life a Museum to expose  the underworld.  Underworld Loot was the skype name for Alex for  some time.  Just a name, however what he learnt and uncovered is exposed through The Kings Cross Sting series. Home of the Red Scorpion for Father to Son it seems Sparkling Chandeliers.  

World Famous, will be the series when the Master mind is caught, the money is returned and we can say it was driven with the spirits wanting to be discovered.

I have profiled many people within the system for the series The Kings Cross Sting, within the theories of Act and Grow Rich we walk tall, proud of who we are and moving for the goal. Our goal has been the Biggest drug bust in history.

If we survive and pull this off these books will be legendary for what they have uncovered. The underworld around the world as the links to the business arm of the drug network is discovered for once.

It's true, many businesses will hire staff just on credientals yet it's just not the credientals. When people move jobs it is a stressful period within their lives. It's just the most important part of the business that the business moves forward at each stage.

Structures within businesses where you can create a checking system without it really a checking system is one way you can create honesty within businesses.

For many people, they are running on a shoestring budget and not noticing that sitting in the business can hold back the working on the business. There are many phases of the business that need management and nuturing constantly nuturing however the people that succeed are the ones that keep going no matter what the speed hump in life is that is the problem.

To have the speed hump out of the business. When you stop the focus on moving forward you actually stop the momentum that moves a business or a career to the utlimate.

It's the fact that you don't stop for the weekends, you don't stop of a night, you move from the office to the home and continue working on your passion. See people forget that it is the passion that moves these miracles that happen it isn't just a vision, it is the motivation behind the vision that keeps you going. It could be the words you associate with the vision. That will move you to another level.

Some people have a comfort zone yet miracles don't occur in this comfort zone. Your passion or desire is not a strong. This desire is something that can be learnt however it can be manipulated by powers within your mind for this to happen. One of the secrets is you do something that relates to the passion within your life.

However I have found in my experience it could be anything. I look at life as it is, I write from the hip with the pen.

Straight talking, yet I can do it so you can do it if you have the persistance and the desire for the dramatic changes to take place.
